Construction of a new 24,000 sq.ft. trade counter facility for 'Travis Perkins' building merchants and their associated kitchen brand 'Benchmarx' comprising a steel frame, cladding, aluminium windows and doors, air conditioned offices, mezzanine floors, external hard and soft landscaping. The sales space was also fitted with mechanical and electrical services.
