Construction of a new 11,000 sq.ft. three storey office building comprising steel frame, precast concrete or composite floors, M&E installations, quality internal finishes, car parking and all mains service connections. The external elevations are in quality facing brickwork, glazing and proprietary composite cladding panels. The roof consisted of composite cladding panels finished in a polymeric membrane. The whole site drainage system was subject to SUDS via porous paving finishes. The unit was fully fitted for the incoming purchaser.
